There are many situations where we can use the journal process. After a bad break up, loosing someone to the “Other Side”, after losing a job, or after a divorce to name a few. Forgiveness and release is essential to this process, so if you are still very angry, you may wish to wait until the anger subsides before following the recommendations in this blog.
It’s time for you to learn to let go of the past so that you can allow your future to come forward.
Where Do You Start?
Try writing a letter (not to be sent) to the person or situation. This is called the “Journal Process”.
HOW TO WRITE YOUR LETTER OR JOURNAL
Think about which situation may bring you remorse or regret. Be totally honest with yourself. These journals should be written with pen and paper. Don’t censor yourself, don’t worry about spelling or punctuation, don’t edit. Just write! The average person writes anywhere between 15 Min to 30 Min per session, in the same place each day. Take your time, don’t pressure yourself into writing profoundly, simply write out your thoughts and feelings about the situation. Remember, this is just for you!
In The Letter You Must Describe:
The Circumstances
Recognize that there are always two sides to every story. What parts have you played in them? Remember that you deserve as much forgiveness for yourself that you would afford your loved ones. Write honestly and vulnerably about the situation.
Your feelings and thoughts regarding the regret.
Write about thoughts, feelings or actions of yourself or others that have impacted your life. How have they affected you? If the regret is about someone else, write it out with honesty. If the regret is about something that you did not do and wish you did, write about that. Describe how you wish that you would have reacted (in hindsight), what you’d like to say to that person or situation, or whatever you might do differently.
You are ready to say goodbye to the other party. If this letter is about a relationship, you should include saying “goodbye” to someone.
You are ready to forgive yourself or the other party.
Write about forgiveness and releasing for your own and/or the other party’s actions. You will let go of anything said which remains toxic or counterproductive. You will no longer allow the “negative tapes” to play in your mind, only the positive remains (This must be done properly to be able to release the energy from your aura in the future.). Forgiveness is not saying that anyone else’s actions are ok. Forgiveness is given and meant for you alone to move forward in your life.
Once the letter is complete, put it away for 30 days while you mentally work on forgiveness and letting go (as stated in the letter).
Each day tell yourself that you are ready to forgive and let go.
After One Month
Once the month is finished, take out the letter and re-read it. If it invokes the same emotions, perhaps you’re not ready or perhaps you weren’t completely honest with yourself? Try to edit the letter, then put it away and try again!
If you’re truly ready to forgive and release the emotional trauma: Take the letter outside and put it into a safe place to burn it.
Envision the following while actually burning the letter.
Visualize The Following
Once you’re in a safe place try to visualize what letting go of someone’s energy looks like. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself covered in a beautiful galaxy of aural colours? What do you see? Find the negative/toxic energy! Does it look like a bit of black smoke amongst your colorful aura? Imagine that the wind carefully blows it completely away… Let it go! Don’t reach for it or energetically pull it back. Watch as it floats away and vanishes.
The literal burning of the letter signifies that the issue, situation or person (including yourself) no longer serves you positively and has now been forgiven and permanently released!
Whenever anything regarding the situation or person pops into your mind, you will instantly remember the ‘forgive and release’ ceremony that you performed which will enable a hasty emotional and intellectual release.
Once you buy your crystal and get it home, there is a process of cleansing, charging, and bonding that is required so that you can infuse the crystal with clear intent before working with it. I have written a separate blog about that here.
Keep in mind that you don’t need a huge piece for the crystal to do it’s job. Palm stones work wonderfully! Additionally, the more that you work with the stones, the stronger the results are.
I recommend that you buy one that fits into the palm of your hand… it’s easier to keep it in your pocket.
How To Choose Which Crystal To Buy
For the more common crystals, I suggest:
Go to the store and gather all of the symptom’s crystals
Line them up
Pick them up one at a time, enclosing the crystal in your fist – it doesn’t have to be tight.
Close your eyes and focus on the crystal and ask if it is meant for you. Experience how each one feels in your hand. Try not to rush. If you take your time, you should feel a bit of electromagnetic energy or warmth from the right stone. Or, perhaps you will just instantly know which is the right one for you once you hold each one of them?
For the more rare crystals, you may have to buy them online. To buy crystals online, follow the steps above, however, try using the pictures as your guide.
Gather and save pictures of each stone to choose from and save them in a separate folder (for easy transition).
With your eyes open, focus your mind on each picture of gemstone separately. Allow your vision to go slightly out of focus… just like daydreaming.
Focus on connecting with the stone, ask if it is meant for you.
Then close your eyes and use your Third Eye (mind’s eye) and imagine holding it in your hand.
Whichever method you use to choose the crystals, buy the stones that felt the most harmonious or bonded to you.
Try not to let the look of a crystal sway your decision.
How To Use The Crystals
To Use Crystals and Gemstones:
For Focused Healing Meditation: Hold over or place on the corresponding chakra listed with each crystal. Then meditate on the symptom, but be clear and concise about what you want healed.
For All Day or General Healing: You can wear these as jewelry, or carry in your pocket.
If you bought what is called a ‘Point’ (one end looks like an arrow) be sure that you use it correctly!
If you want to bring yourself a good property of the stone (such as self love), point it towards yourself.
If you’re trying to let go of a condition (such as low self esteem, or past relationship issues) point it away from you.
To learn what to do with your newly bought crystals and what it means to “work” with them, read this blog. It teaches you how to properly clear, charge and work with your crystals. It may be time to do this with your older ones anyway!
Many people are learning to use gemstones for Psychic awareness and abilities. However, they’re not only for wonderfully opening our psychic abilities… they can affect everything within our lives.
Using Crystals and gemstones is healing and very powerful. Furthermore, when gemstones are set with intention the possibilities are endless.
Cleanse, charge, bond and program with intent; believe the energy you put into it and watch your world change.
Crystals are rapidly becoming more popular. About 50% of my clientele have admitted to buying them but only half of those people know that they’re meant for specific uses or personal symptoms.
It may be time to clear-charge-bond-infuse your older crystals anyway! It should be done after specifically working with a crystal or if it has been sitting out in the open longer than a month.

List Of Symptoms (and the crystals that can help heal them)
Here you can learn about some crystals and gemstones that I have used and had personal success with. Many are inexpensive but there are some that will cost more, especially if you’re buying the crystal already set in jewelry.
Keep in mind that you don’t need a huge piece for the crystal to do it’s job. The more that you work with them, the stronger the results are.
I have listed certain conditions below and the crystals that will help. Do your research. I have included many links to crystals in the list, however, not to every one as there are simply too many.
There is often more than one crystal that you could buy, which is where your intuition kicks in. After doing your research, which one are you drawn to the most?
Use the appropriate crystals to heal these particular symptoms or conditions. I would, however, add that there are a few crystals in the list that have dual or even multipurpose.
For example:
Shungite (Pictured below) – Everyone should try to own at least one palm-sized piece of Shungite. I cannot say enough about this particular mineraloid. It may not be all that pretty but the multiple affects from this stone are amazing!
Shungite removes all low vibrations and negative effects; toxins, stress, nervousness, psychic overwhelm, emotional trauma symptoms. It enables and progresses grounding, focus and tranquility. Furthermore, Shungite is said to be able to remove bacteria and act like a carbon filter for water! This stone is special! Check it out here.
Blue Drusy Quartz (also known as Blue Druzy Quartz – Note – careful not to confuse it with Blue Agate – Blue Drusy Quartz grows inside of Blue Agate and there are many sellers who will try to convince you that they are the same). Image from CrystalViden.com
Grounding :
Grounding is detoxification of negative (too high or too low vibration) energy, as well as, bringing your energy vibration frequency down to an earthly level so that you can relax, focus on life and be at peace.
The information given in this blog is in no way intended to be a substitute for treatment by a medical practitioner. Further assistance should be sought from a suitably qualified crystal healer. Healing can be defined as bringing the body, emotions, mind and spirit back into energetic balance. It does not imply a cure.
